1. Inspection: This is one of the most important step in cleaning process. This helps technician decide what products and how much to use for your particular carpet type and condition of your carpet and if there are any stains that need special treatment. 2. Pre Vaccum: We will dry vaccum your carpet with commercial grade vaccum which helps in removing any dust or debris. 3. Spot Treatment: Tough stains are spot-treated using advanced stain removal solutions. Some stains may need special treatment and will be extra. This will be discussed prior to treatment.  4. Pre Spray: We will pre-spray your carpet with non toxic, pet and child safe chemical spray to help loosen that dirt ready for next step. 5. Agitaion: We use special CRB machine (Counter Rotating Brush) to agitate carpet. This helps pre-spray to go deep into fibres and work even better to loosen that hidden dirt. 6. Hot Water Extraction: This method is often called steam cleaning. We use powerful truckmount system which helps extract all the dirt out of your Carpet leaving your carpet fresh, spotless and sanitised. 7. Grooming: Last but not the least. This step involves raking your carpet with special tool to allow air to pass through fibres which helps dry faster.
