With our truck-mounted (van-fitted) machine, carpets typically take around 4–5 hours to dry under ideal conditions, such as good weather, proper ventilation, and depending on the carpet type. For best results, we recommend allowing up to 24 hours for complete drying.

We highly recommend having your carpet professionally cleaned at least once a year to maintain their appearance and hygiene. If you have children or pets, more frequent cleaning is recommended to remove built-up dirt, allergens, and stains at least every 6 months.

Most stains can be effectively removed when the correct cleaning solutions and professional equipment are used. However, some stubborn stains—such as drink dyes, curry, red wine, ink, or paint—may require specialised treatment. We carry out a thorough inspection before starting and will let you know in advance if any stains need additional treatment and if there will be any extra cost involved.

Yes, we recommend moving any heavy furniture prior to your appointment to allow full access to the areas that need cleaning. We’re happy to move light items such as small tables, chairs, and similar pieces. However, for safety reasons, we’re unable to move heavy or bulky furniture. If heavier items are not moved beforehand, we will clean around them and reposition any light furniture as needed.
